Since 1977 Nelson Pipeline Constructors, Inc. (NPC) has been serving Colorado as a leading underground utility contractor. We specialize in the construction of underground sewer, water, and storm sewer pipelines (including pump stations and sewage lift stations) for residential, commercial and district projects.

NPC has expertise in constructing underground utility systems in all sizes and depths. NPC engages a partnership approach to each job, from the bidding and engineering process, to the construction of the project, to the final punch list. We handle all size projects from small maintenance jobs to projects as large as DIA. We were the underground wet utility contractor for DIA during its construction phase. NPC handled most of the work in Highlands Ranch, The Meadows in Castle Rock, Green Valley Ranch in Denver, Reunion in Commerce City and hundreds of other projects.
