Who we are

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of websites and services offered under the name High Plains Media. High Plains Media is a trade name of Suite Sleeps LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

We design and build custom websites, web applications, integrations, and SaaS-style software for clients. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are set out in a separate statement of work, proposal, or contract when you hire us.

Golform platform

Golform is a software platform that enables third-party users ("Organizers") to create, manage, and operate golf tournaments and communicate with participants ("Players").

High Plains Media does not organize, host, manage, or control any tournaments listed or operated through Golform.

Organizers are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of tournament details, including tee times and participant information
• All communications sent to Players
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including obtaining any required consent for email and SMS communications

We are not responsible for any disputes, cancellations, errors, miscommunications, or damages arising from tournaments or Organizer conduct.

Legacy Tournament Registration Sites

We also operate and maintain custom tournament registration websites on behalf of event organizers. High Plains Media provides technology and support for these sites, but does not organize or control the tournaments themselves.

Organizers using these sites are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of tournament details and participant information
• Communications sent to players
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including obtaining any required consent for email communications

By registering for a tournament through these sites, you consent to receive communications related to that event. You may opt out at any time by following the instructions in the message or contacting us at jarvis@highplainsmedia.com.

Communications (SMS & email)

Golform may allow Organizers to send transactional communications, including email and SMS messages, to Players.

By registering for a tournament and providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications related to that event.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by following the instructions in the message (such as replying STOP for SMS or unsubscribing from email) or contacting us at jarvis@highplainsmedia.com.

High Plains Media acts solely as a technology platform and does not initiate or control specific communications sent by Organizers.

Third-party services and payments

Golform integrates with third-party providers, including but not limited to:

• Payment processors (e.g., Stripe)
• Communications platforms (e.g., Twilio)

We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of third-party services.

Unless otherwise explicitly stated, Organizers are responsible for handling refunds, disputes, and customer service related to their tournaments.

Use of this website

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with other users' access.

Intellectual property

Content on this site (text, graphics, logos, and design) is owned by Suite Sleeps LLC or its licensors unless otherwise noted. Rights to work product delivered under a client engagement are as defined in your agreement with us.

Disclaimer

This site and any information on it are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in a written agreement with you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Suite Sleeps LLC and High Plains Media will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or services, except where liability cannot be excluded by law. Our total liability for claims relating to this site (absent a separate signed agreement) is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars, whichever is greater.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
